Is your surface safe to play on and does it get slippery when wet?

The best way to answer this is to let our customers do it for us. The demanding sport of Netball, players need to be able to accelerate quickly and stop immediately, just as in tennis. The comments below are from a cross section of Australian Netball Clubs are testament to the safety of our systems.

"Since our new courts were completed, (we have hosted) the Victorian State Championships, and the Australasian School Netball Championships. Favourable comments have been received from all interstate and international participants. ¦The non slip aspect of the surface has given minimal injury to anyone unfortunate to fall, and I am sure in total use over seven days a week, there is an incredibly low injury rate-most days and nights, not an injury at all".

Anne George, President and Centre Manager, Waverley Night Netball Association Inc/Waverley Netball Centre "The decrease in jarring to joints has been widely commented on by our local players, and players from Victorian country and metropolitan associations, as well as interstate visitors. The safety of players was an important consideration in our decision to deal with AV Syntec and our four court indoor stadium with AV Syntec products is used by over 3,000 players each week".

Jo-Anne Dash O.A.M., President, Ballarat Netball Association Inc. "We ran a survey for six weeks of the injuries incurred on the new surface, and cross checked these results with our previous records, to find that over 65% of injuries had ceased".

Sharon Pratt, Secretary, Orange Netball Association "The surface is definitely non slip in both wet and dry conditions; the shock absorbent, cushioned effect (under foot/when landing) is most noticeable; and the appearance of the surface in relation to the surroundings is very pleasing".
