DTS DuraNet Tennis Net
- 3.0 mm solid core braided polyethylene net body.
- All of our solid core, abrasion resistant net bodies are extruded with extra UV inhibitors to prevent sun damage and extend longevity.
- Every Headband is designed to exceed the toughest standards ever devised. The coated vinyl use is specially treated with UV and mildrew inhibitors, so it won't crack and separate like laminates, and it's easy to keep clean.
- Side pockets contain heavyduty 1/2" fibreglass end sticks, thicker so they won't bend or warp.
- Side tape is extra-wide 2 1/2" heavy-duty abrasion-resistant 18oz coated vinyl, with brass grommetsand sewn with extra strong Tex 210 bonded polyester thread.
- Vinyl-coated galvanized aircraft cable has a breaking strength of 3,700 lbs.
- Net is tapered to ensure a custom fit for every net. Cut 42" at the net and tapered to 36" in the middle means no more excessive wear due to sagging.
Center Strap
- Heavy-duty polyester webbing, brass slide buckles with black oxide coating (to prevent rusting), nickel plated double end snap, reinforced ends for added strength.
Ground Anchor
- 1 1/2" 10 gauge galvanized pipe. Length 9". 1/4" stainless Steel pin.
Windscreens
Unique patented three-part process means that the yarn is dipped in vinyl coated polyester, then woven, and then heat treated to weld all the crossover points. This unique construction process guarantees maximum weather resistance and unusual,lasting beauty.
